AI processing

Some features use AI to analyze resumes, job descriptions, and career data. Your content may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate structured insights. We do not sell your resume or career data. AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

Authentication

We use secure authentication providers to manage sign-in. Your credentials are handled by our authentication infrastructure; we do not store plain-text passwords when OAuth is used.

Stored career profiles

Your Career Profile, resume analyses, job matches, and applications are stored in your account and are private to you unless you choose to share exported files externally.

We rely on trusted infrastructure partners for hosting, authentication, database storage, and AI processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your career data from Settings. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@buildcareer.pro.
